Check In
Check-in will take place on December 28 at the JW Marriott Hotel. Please arrive at the designated time to check in. All times are EST (Eastern Standard Time). Your arrival time depends on where you go to school:

If you are coming from a state not listed here, please go through check-in between 2 – 4 p.m.
Avoid the rush by arriving early! Check-in will end promptly at 5:30 pm. (Late check-in will continue after the evening session.)
If you arrive after 5:30 pm, you must go to the Campus Crusade Info Desk in The JW Marriott to pick up a wristband, which will allow you to attend the evening session. As soon as the evening session ends, you will need to go through late check-in.
We house 4 students per room. To stay with your friends, all of you must go through check-in together. Ideally, your whole campus will be housed on the same floor(s), in the same hotel — if you go through check-in with your entire campus. This is one of the reasons we require campuses to go through registration at set times.
parking info
Go straight to the JW Marriott Hotel. Once you are there, you will get a map to where you need to park. After you park your car, you will return to the JW Marriott and go through check-in.
