This cost covers four nights in a 4-star hotel (except commuters), all conference events and materials.
Meals, transportation, and parking are NOT included.
*Singles stay four per room. To room with your friends, all of you must go through check-in together.

Pre-registration will only be available online here before noon (EST) December 12 2012 with a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 deposit towards the total cost.
To get the discount, you must pre-register online before noon (EST) Dec. 5 2012 and pay the $50 deposit.
If you miss online pre-registration, you can still attend the conference as a walk-in but you must pay the full regular price.
